In the elevator sequence you fight a bunch of dwarf gekkos (along with some regular enemies) and these are easy pickings for this achievement. I found the best charge attack to deal with them was X, X, hold Y for a horizontal spin attack. Reload from checkpoint, rinse and repeat.
I actually got the achievement while killing dwarf gekkos so I can confirm that they count.
Also note that ANY charged Y attack counts as a "quick draw".

Upvote, this works perfectly. I'd recommend doing this on Easy, naturally. When you press the console and activate the cargo elevator, you will get two soldiers and about 8 or 10 Gekkos. When you kill them all, you will hear "HQ! The intruder is..." and I reloaded here. You will be back before the elevator but this is okay, all the kills count and are stored somehow.

This trophy isn't too difficult, just time consuming. While the command list shows how to perform a Quick Draw, there is a much easier way. Simply hold down 
until Sam rushes forward and performs a 4 hit combo. If the damage is sufficient to kill the enemy, it will count towards this trophy. It's good to work on this trophy while going for the other three, but if you finish them first, simply play through the mission again on Easy difficulty and kill everything you come across with a Quick Draw. This trophy stacks kills across all playthroughs so it's just a matter of time to get it. You'll earn this trophy once you've earned your 100th Quick Draw kill.
