This is the first stage. For the most part this is a tutorial stage, learn the game and as you're running through you'll see the giant Metal Gear Ray style boss. Once you finally destroy him the stage is over and you'll earn your trophy.
You'll actually face him twice in the stage, so once the first battle is over just continue on in the stage.

This trophy is storyline related and cannot be missed. This mission requires you to fight Metal Gear Ray and Sam. Make it to the results screen and you'll earn this trophy.
