After the beginning fight you can run past the first set of enemies.
The second area you will always be spotted, kill these enemies as quickly as possible.
You can walk through the second and third area with a box and not be spotted.
In the fourth area sprint straight down the left and slice open the fence.
In the last area you can use a box to avoid the Gekko but not the soldiers, so go past the Gekko and hide behind the blue car on the left in a box when the soldiers arrive, sneak past the first soldier and stealth kill the second.
You are then free to sprint out of the area to finish.

I have an alternate solution for this one if the other one proves too difficult. If you have Wig B, you can use infinite ripper mode which will rip all difficult enemies to shreds very quickly.
For those wondering, you earn Wig B at the end of the game by finding all five Men in Boxes
I finished in 3 minutes 34 seconds.

This is a chapter specific trophy available in R-05, whilst you may be worried about this because of your times for some previous missions, this one is much shorter and can be comfortably done in 7 minutes on Normal/Hard, during one of my playthrough on Revengeance difficulty I had a time of approximately 5 minutes. What is key to saving a lot of time will be knowing what to skip.
At the beginning of the mission you'll be forced into a very easy battle, when you finish this off run right for the next part of the mission (because Gekkos will spawn otherwise if you're slow and if spotted you'll have to fight them), after that you'll have a fight with a few RPG dudes and a Heavy, run towards where the RPG guys are to get them to drop down so you can kill them then deal with the Heavy. Once you reach Dwarf Gekkos just fight everything there, it shouldn't take too long and is quicker than a stealth alternative. Afterwards you'll approach the Civilian with a GRAD and some Cyborgs, you can avoid this battle completely with a Cardboard box tight along the left set of stairs, the final section will have a Mastiff which you can avoid or fight, if you run through quick enough you can actually miss it completely but if it is within the area you will want to wait until it turns around, but it's also easy to kill it with Ripper Mode since you most likely have full energy here.

This trophy is only available in File R-05 and is not as difficult as it sounds. There are only a handful of required battles in R-05 and most can be skipped with careful planning. You will have to partake of the battle at the start of the mission, but when it ends run to the corner in the area leading to the rest of the level. Ninja run between the buses and if you're fast enough you can evade the Gekkos that enter the area. Continue on down the path until you get attacked by one heavy and four regular cyborgs. After this fight you'll be attacked by Dwarf Gekkos until you reach a staircase. From here you can attack everything you want, but I would advise waiting in a cardboard box until the Slides leave the area. Whichever you prefer, when you reach the bottom of the stairs you'll be attacked by two Raptors. From here there's not much left, move forward and skip the guards who are with a civilian and GRAD. When you reach the Mastiff, you can either fight it or hide from it and sneak past to exit the level. As long as you're quick about destroying the enemies you should have no problem with this mission. A good strategy I'd recommend is using ripper mode to dispatch the more powerful enemies and use Zandatsu to replenish your energy before the fight is over.
