This achievement will come naturally however if you want to unlock it early, just keep dodging during the Mistral fight at the end of R-01 and killing her small Gekkos that appear.

They are the small little guys with the three arms you found during the second half of R-01. As long as you do not attack her, especially during the last phase of her fight she will continue to spawn them in groups of three to five.

I got this naturally in the middle of the fight with Mistral, hacking away at some of her little Gekkos, which she loves.

This is almost unmissable, but can easily be farmed in File R-01 on the final fight (against Mistral). If you're a bit anal about killing them in the fight it'll almost certainly unlock.

If you die you can continue to farm them in the fight. I was able to get this before beating mistral with out even trying.

This trophy is easy to obtain and can be considered unmissable as you should kill at least 30 Dwarf Gekkos before you finish the game on your first playthrough. If you are the impatient type, you can farm Dwarf Gekkos during the Mistral fight; as she has an infinite supply of them as support.

Dwawf Gekkos are the small tripedal balls. You will probably earn this achievement during the boss fight with Mistral. If not, then you should earn this achievement by the end of the game.
