File R-02, when remotely operate a Dwarf Gekko.
You will want to kill the four enemies in the room first by pressing B behind them.
Then you will need to find the 5 Gekko's, and press Y in front of them.
1. Where you entered the room on the right on some boxes.
2. Above the first Gekko, you will have to jump and climb up to the yellow poles.
3. In the top right corner of the room under some pipes.
4. On some pipes in the middle of the room on the second floor.
5. All the way at the back of the room on some boxes.

Around half way through R-02 you will locate and use a Dwarf Gekko to clear the next area ahead. As you start out, you can clear the room by stunning all the guards if you so wish to earn "Dwarf Raiden" as well.
On your map you will see extra markers spread around the area. From here all you have to do is locate the other Gekkos in the room and press "lb" to great them.
Once you've found all five and used your greeting this will unlock.

In Mission 2 you control a Dwarf Gekko shortly after you find the brain room. There are 5 other Dwarf Gekkos in the room that you need to walk up to and press Y. The first is to your immediate right on top of some crates. Second is up on top of the crane equipment very close to the first, you can jump on the obstacles around it to get up there. Third is straight back against the far wall from the entrance under some pipes and in a corner. If the room is shaped like a "U" then the 4th is at the turn in the U (middle of the room) above some pipes. Last guy is all the way on the opposite side of the room from where you start, in the corner on some crates. Nice thing is that they all show up on your map so you can find them pretty easy. Again, just walk up to them and press Y to interact with them. You have to do all 5 in one swoop before moving on to the next area.
On a side note, there is another achievement in this room (the one for taking out all the soldiers with the Dwarf Gekko). There are 4 or 5 soldiers patrolling around, all of them are very easy to sneak up on. Once behind them, press B to incapacitate them. Do that to all 4 or 5 and the cheevo pops.
Sorry if it's a bit vauge on the areas, but it's a relatively small room and shouldn't be too hard to find them with the help from the minimap.

This is a chapter specific trophy available in R-02, you'll gain control of a Dwarf Gekko, this is the part where you would have gone for Dwarf Raiden, this is really simple, there are 5 Dwarf Gekkos in the area and you need to communicate with all of them, this will be the move that looks like you're dancing.
Dwarf Gekko #1 - This will be on your right from the beginning on a platform.
Dwarf Gekko #2 - Directly above this area, you will need to climb up using the blocks and pathways until you reach the one at the top.
Dwarf Gekko #3 - As you progress forwards this will be in the right corner.
Dwarf Gekko #4 - To the left of the previous one there will be a pipe you can jump onto which if you follow back around the corner will be one.
Dwarf Gekko #5 - When you reach the stairs keep going forward and this will be in the right corner on a platform.

#3. From the start of the area, move down the path and when it turns left look in the corner.
