If you didn't get this during your first play through, the most direct route post-game is to select STORY, CHAPTER, R-04. The very first fight has two Fenrirs at the end of it and as others have said just reload the checkpoint until it pops.

Thank you so much. I'm actually in the middle of that chapter now. I've almost reached the Pagoda which you have to cut a finial off of for the following achievement:

That very first fight you mentioned works like a charm. The Fenrirs actually appear quite early since the cyborgs get super angry with you charging up the stairs and call it in. After you kill a few of them, they'll appear.

Start up File R-04 and hack and slasht he first few baddies. Then, two Fenrirs appear. Quickly lash at and attack them with

Kagerasimaru, Kheapathic
This trophy is relatively easy but can require some effort as these enemies are not as numerous as others. Clearing the game at least twice while hitting all relevant battles should earn you this trophy. The Wolf Boss Battle in R-01 does count for this, seeing how it's early in the mission it's the best location to farm kills if you want.

Unmanned wolf gears. Not to be confused with the Blade Wolf which you encounter in R01. These enemies spawn in the R03 and R04 sequences of the game. You will more than likely not earn this achievement in a single playthrough. Upon completion of the game, reload the chapter and farm kills.
