How to unlock the Wolf's Pride achievement in METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE - Definitive Guide
First things first, do this achievement on hard difficulty. Very hard and Revengeance make this only worse as you can't really counter-parry any attacks, except for the machine gun bullets during his dash. That's a method I don't really recommend though as it takes a lot of time to master.
This fight also doesn't have any checkpoints, so if you get hit, you have to restart the whole fight.
You also may want to make a backup of your save when the fight starts in case you're as cautious as I am regarding such things. It isn't necessary though as long as you do it on hard.
Another important reminder: Blade Wolf can NOT reflect bullets while running. Luckily, Khamsin only fires his machine guns when he's using his dash attack and we're never going to build up that much distance while fighting him. Feel free to test out how much distance you can build up before he uses his dash, restarting doesn't hurt.
Start the boss fight with 10 heat knives, 5 RP grenades and 5 EM grenades. This will make the fight almost ridiculously easy.
When the battle begins, build up some distance to Khamsin, but not too much, you don't want him to use his dash attack.
Now, if you don't have already, equip your heat knives and start throwing them into Khamsin's face. If you hit him in the face, and not his mechanic body, you do approximately 4% damage with one knife; hit him with three of them and he will also be stunned for a short moment. Throw as many knives into his face as you can, don't worry if you can't land a perfect hit with every knife, as long as you bring him down to 80% (so that it triggers the stealth sequence) you should be fine (you can also restart if you miss with too many knives or want to hit him with all of them...).
When you used all your knives, switch to the EM grenades, but keep your distance. He's going to jump and attack you with his axe, parry it. The street is going to be damaged and there will be small "walls" of asphalt which will hide you.
You can now either sneak up on him or, if you're not good at it, throw a EM grenade over the wall and quickly run behind him. Either way, when you're behind him, press B to sneak-attack him and take away 20% of his life.
When you take control of Blade Wolf again, attack him until he tries to back up, then throw another EM grenade; he usually uses an unparryable move after he gets back up, the EM grenade stops him from doing so.
Switch over to the RP grenades and keep attacking him. While he gets up again, throw your first RP grenade at him. During the time he and you are inside the smoke cloud, he'll attack less often and usually uses moves you can parry; this makes your life a lot easier, obviously. Attack him relentlessly (but don't forget to parry when he attacks or evade in case he actually uses an unparryable move) and keep the smoke cloud up until you run out of RP grenades, then switch back to EM grenades.
By now, he should have 30%~ of his HP left so that the stealth sequence triggers again. If not, throw more EM grenades at him, but keep at least one (two if you need one in order to sneak up on him). After the second stealth attack, he should be down to 10%. If he's just above 10%, use the XXX-combo once. Now, throw one EM grenade at him and build up some distance, like you did when the fight started. He should charge you now; if not, evade/parry until he does.
When he charges you, a QTE will begin. Don't make any mistakes, slice him into pieces and when the score sheet pops up, you should get the "Wolf's Pride" achievement.

I found the use of RP grenades to be unnecessary. 10 knives, 5EM and you're good, don't waste a grenade on sneak up attack just get the timing right

I highly recommend doing this on Hard. As a result, the guide will be written for the Hard difficulty, as I haven't done this on anything other. The way Khamsin acts is different on every difficulty.
This is not too hard, you just have to know what to do. Start off by having 5 EMP grenades. This will make your life a lot easier. Run up to him and mash forward X. If you see him turn gold, use XA to dodge out of the way. Keep mashing forward X till his health is at 82. He will then jump in the air and attempt to hit you with his sword thing. Block this and it will go onto phase 2.
He will be surrounded by rocks and unable to see you. As he's trash talking, get ready to get behind him. Wait for him to turn yellow and attempt to hit you. Once you see him lift his arms up, trying to hit you, get behind him. It should let you hit B. Doing this will take a huge chunk of life off.
Get him down to 30% health and repeat step two.
After this, he will be down to 10%, in which case you can use EMPs to ensure victory. After this, he will go away and charge at you. Hit YB and follow the QTE.
After this, you should have killed him without taking damage.
TIPS
If you're having trouble dodging, use the EMPs to make your life easier.
I also found that the AR Grenades were helpful.

This trophy is very straightforward; be playing on Hard difficulty or higher and defeat the boss without taking any damage. While the boss isn't too difficult, he does have a few dangers worth noting.

It's easier to disable it with em grenades. I had five, it took 4.
