As you're making your way towards the base, after meeting Eva for the first time, after walking through a croc infested swamp, and after the electric fences, you find a small base area with a helicopter.
Behind the helicopter, to the right of the exit path, is a supply shed with TnT inside.
Once you've collected everything inside, just equip the TnT, plant it, then run outside (give yourself some distance) and detonate.
Boom, and ping!

In the section where you fight The End is an area called Sokrovenno South. You will find this cement structure on the west side of the map. There is some TNT inside, so you just need to place it on the ground inside and run outside to detonate.
