They're are only 3 fish you have to collect:
Bigeye Trevally - Fish A
"It is first found in Ponizovje South (although it can be difficult to distinguish from the other types of fish appearing here), and last appears in Tikhogomyj"
Maroon Shark - Fish B
"It is first found in Chyornaya Peschera Cave Branch, and last appears in Tikhogomyj"
Arowana - Fish C
"It is first found in Chyornyj Prud, and is last found in Tikhogomyj"
Anytime you get to water in an area just search for fish and either tranq or kill them. Fish C is too big to capture so you'll have to kill it. I got this one right after leaving the caves after The Pain boss fight. When you get to the river with the enemies on hovercrafts
