After defeating The Pain, you will arrive at an area named Ponizovje South. As you reach a fork in the water heading left goes into Ponizovje West. The first time you arrive here, a video will play out where Ocelot nearly shoots Sokolov while juggling revolvers. At the end of the video, The Boss and Volgin talk about The End before leaving. When the cutscene ends, whip out your SVD and zoom in to the warehouse. You should see The End being pushed by a guard sitting in a wheelchair. Shoot The End a few times and he should explode with one of the wheels flying straight at you. The achievement should pop now. If you haven't beaten The End yet, you should also get the achievement for beating him.
