Fairly quick grind.
Fast Travel to Transporter 09, enter Ruins 02, stroll into the Basement where the Spiders are.
Now lure them all into the middle of the room with a Kuban or two, get on the high shelf,
Jump Attack into the Crawly Crowd, get back on the shelf, repeat until room is clear.
Now leave the Ruins, back to Transporter 09, Fast Travel to Base Camp, rinse, repeat.
The Spiders will always respawn after fast travelling.

Through the course of the game you’ll kill countless enemies (wanderers). Once you’ve killed 300 with heavy weapons, this trophy will pop. If you stay behind on this trophy, just try to play a few online Salvage Missions with such a weapon and you will have the trophy soon enough.
