Heads up, I replaced my Kitchenette with the food prep facility, as the facility can Steam Food similar to the kitchenette. However, I couldn't get the recipe for Steamed Jehuty to be craftable until I built the Kitchenette again. This might mean it's worth keeping a Kitchenette until all steamed recipes have been obtained. +1
For this achievement, you will need to eat all food available in the game at least once. The facilities for cooking unlock one after another going through story mode and base camp digs:
Also, having Cages, Farms and Ranches make this achievement a lot easier.
Bear Cage -> Catch Brown Bear and Himalayan Brown Bear Goat Cage/Ranch -> Catch Karakul Sheep, Cashmere Goat, Nubian Horse Cage/Ranch -> Catch Grant's Zebra, Okapi and Wild Ass Wolf Cage -> Catch Anubis, Gray Wolf, Side-striped Jackal and African Wild Dog
Unfortunately, there is nothing to catch or store birds, so you will have to go hunt these in the wild.
For animal and material locations, I found it easiest to go to the Exploration Team Ready Room and check the "Hunt" tab. All locations are displayed right there and you just need to go there to hunt yourself. For convenience, I've made screenshots from all the locations: https://imgur.com/a/ArxenG3
For rare animals, you will need to do quests given by your crew. To make more quests appear, go to sleep for a day.

I could only find one spawn for Boer goat, and I actually didn't find them until late game while I was mopping up the map survey.

This one's tricky, because there is a lot of food in the game and it can be prepared in many different ways. You need to eat it all, every version. Even the raw ingredients all need to be eaten once. Luckily we're not the first ones going through this so there's a list: LINK with all food objects you can check. See the tab "Foodie".
