Get a pipe spear or survival spear. You can fight the basic wanderers anywhere.
If you concerned with dying, Use you spear with normal fences. The spears will poke through chain-link type fences. The spear can also be used to strike enemies that are below you while standing on a object.
You can probably do this in normal play but 300 could be done quickly (less than a hour) if you want.

Through the course of the game, you will kill countless enemies (wanderers). Once you’ve killed 300 with thrusting weapons, this trophy will pop. If you stay behind on this trophy, just try to play a few online Salvage Missions with such a weapon and you’ll have the trophy soon enough.
