This is a storyline mission and cannot be missed (The mission occurs when the nurse 'Miranda' runs off on here own to a distress signal.) You will rescue the boy (Chris) and Reeve will rescue Miranda.
Later, another storyline mission will ask you to get a memory board, Reeve will ask you to look for wheel-chair parts, for the boy, on the mission.
Chris should be on the 'Exploration Team' He cannot be deployed but acts as support. He will aid in, eventually, getting some upgrades to Virgil AT-9 and your Idroid.
