METAL GEAR SURVIVE

You will get this in Chapter 5. The chapter starts with a cut scene where you see a helicopter crashing.
Prepare yourself (repair weapons, equip food & water) and make your way to the marker. YOu will first find the crashed helicopter and after a couple of seconds you will get a new marker a little bit more to the left. You can see the unconscious nurse sleeping on some rocks and a large group of wanderers are below.
You can sprint you way through the wanderers and quickly climb to the nurse. But don't pick her up yet. You have to carry her to safety and before that you have to clear all the wanderers.
It is quite possible to eleiminate all of them from the rock you are on. And they can not reach you there.
When they are all dead you can open the door. In the new are are a couple more wanderers. Clean them as well.
Go back and pick up the nurse and make your way to the teleporter ("wormhole transporter") up on the hill.
You will have to activate it and protect it from the wanderer attack. Luckily the timer is rather short. And I only had 1 wanderer attacking me. So building fences might not be necessary.
When the teleporter is ready pick up the nurse and teleport back to your home base.
