Suggest stage: Forest.
Suggest supporter: Fio, Trevor. Fio can move enemies to Clark. Trevor can use Shinobi to attack farther.
Use Clark's default skill can trigger Fragile condition to enemies, but it will take 5♡. That's why I pick Forest Stage. Climbing and Jumping off water will give you more ♡. You can choose any mission about kill all the enemies.
In the mission, move clark with +5♡ to 1 or 2 enemies. Use the skill give the enemy Fragile condtion, +1 action. Then use the knife with distance 2 to hit the enemies, trigger the Fragile. Continue doing this for 5 turns in a row. then it will pop.
Just ensure enemy is enough, change your difficulty higher may help.

Just to add to this guide, I found the "Kill All Designated Targets" mission type easy for this achievement. As long as you leave at least one designated target alive (ideally chilling on the far side of the map and not using its turn), then the mission will spawn more enemies who will bull rush you, allowing you to have Clark Fragile/trigger them one at a time
