I didnt get this in the training mission, but out in the field later.
- Position Fio with direct line-of-sight to 2 (or more) enemies in range of her pistol.
- Use her colleagues to attack these 2 enemies, so that Fio also shoots them from "synchronisation".
- Assuming at least 1 enemy did not die from the damage, shoot them using Fio's action. This will be the third shot and will trigger the cheevo.
- If this move was just for the cheevo and not very useful strategically, reset the turn st this point to take your go properly
