Metal Slug XX

The first mission is really easy, even without losing a life. You can get this achievement on any difficulty level and with any character.

- There is a tower about 1/2 way along the level, before you go underground where I sometimes die. Getting past it is easy, though. Just shoot at it as you approach (easier if you picked up the rockets just before the tower) and run right up to it, then shoot straight up. If you do this right you won't die.

- Be sure to take the tank if you went the normal way. It will make short work of everything else in the level and makes killing the end boss a piece of cake.

- The end boss is really easy. Just shoot at the segments to make their armor pop off and the boss will go down quickly. This boss barely attacks back at all and everything it throws at you is easy to avoid.

- If you are going for a perfect run, taking the normal way is easier than the route under the tank and TNT crate.

This achievement unlocks for simply "clearing" the mission. It's highly likely that most gamers will be hoping to clear all the missions without dying. I've got a video to share that will help gamers make their way through this mission flawlessly.

Cheese Touch has pretty much nailed the details of this mission as there's only a couple of points you can really be caught out at. Take your time but hammer anything that gets in your way.
