Does kamikaze just mean get yourself killed 30 times? No idea, anyways you can easily get this on Alcatraz as there are mines on the path towards the heavily armored vehicle that looks kinda like a bulldozer, just don't go crazy shooting the ground or you'll blow all the mines up.
