How to unlock the Fathers and Sons achievement in METAL WOLF CHAOS XD - Definitive Guide

On the first mission, switch to your missile/rocket launcher, go around the first set of enemies and look up at the statue. Use the rocket launcher to take it down. You will know you are doing damage if there are dialogue lines being activated after every few hits.

I cant reach the new weapon crate thats left behind after destroying the statue? I can reach the same spot on Fight House but not here?
