Mission: San Francisco
This took me a little bit to figure out what boss will count for this. You want to get to the end of San Francisco and against the boss click in LS + RS to activate your Burst Attack. I would recommend doing this with some of the higher end weapons you get after progressing through the story to make sure you are able to defeat him in one attack.

I got this on Grand Canyon against the Helicopter mini boss, it appears midway through the level as you cross a bridge. Seems as tho there are more than one place you can get it :)
