METAL WOLF CHAOS XD

This one is remarkably easy if you don't mind grinding. Simply invest in each weapon category until you've hit the max weapon level (8, basically). This won't unlock all weapons for manufacturing, as there are still some weapons to find in the game, but it does give you a massive armory to use.
