METAL WOLF CHAOS XD

Looks like the name of this one was changed to "Next Question", weird. Anyways don't even think about going for this one until you've finished the game as that news chopper has ridiculously high health. I recommend doing this on the Beverly Hills level as the chopper appears right behind your starting location and it's a level where you aren't under a time limit or constantly being chased, so you can focus on bringing down the chopper without worry.

You'll want to max out your Sniper Cannon development to unlock the ultra-powerful SC-RH weapon(the one that you need to take down the Battleship on Miami in three hits)and you'll want to unlock the MLS(which requires you to rescue every single POW in the game, fortunately there's a handy guide here that shows maps of every level and where all the POWs are:https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/pc/241083-metal-wolf-chaos-xd/... ) both of which do a ton of damage to the chopper, don't bother with machine guns as they can't reach high enough, save those for destroying targets in the level. Once you've run out of ammo for the MLS and SC-RH, go through the level destroying every target and crate in site until you pick up some ammo to refill them(you'll also find a Burst Unit or two, make sure you use those on the chopper as well if necessary) and then go back to the starting location and keep destroying the chopper til you get it.

Also after you destroy the chopper it won't respawn right away, you have to progress forward a bit and then double-back to get it to spawn again.
