As the achievement specifies, you have to complete any level without Firing a shot. This means you can still use your Stomp and dash through enemies, as long as you do not shoot. For most levels, you cannot complete them without needing to shoot something, but on Beverly Hills, the objective is just to blow up bombs. These bombs blow up if you get too close, meaning you do not need to shoot Anything to complete the mission. Keep in mind, you will likely take a Lot of damage doing this, so either make sure you have upgraded your health by collecting all of the Energy Vials, or search the level for shield units.
