First, you have to take out multiple locations in an underground bunker. The main paths are covered in mines, flamthrowers, laser (and plain) miniguns and tons of troops. There are some side-corridors worth taking to avoid those, and they will be slowly deactivated as you take out locations in the bunker.

Keep to the sides, though, to gain valuable hostages and energy cores when those defenses are down. After all the locations are wiped out, head back to the center to activate an elevator to take you back up to the first mission's bunker.

Behold, the Fight House. The White House has become encased in armor and weapons, and the only way to take down the armor is careful aiming and trigger control. DO NOT use Sniper Cannons on the missile launchers or any of the armor. It will rip through the armor and destroy the White House in seconds. It is good for an achievement on its own, but this is a very long mission.

Remember to destroy your father's statue for a bonus weapon and an achievement, and it should be done before taking on the Fight House.
