How to unlock the Hearts as One achievement in Metaphor: ReFantazio - Definitive Guide
While on the face of it, you might be celebrating that there's not both an all Social Links and all Social Stats ranking achievement like you’d expect from a Persona-like game, this one is all encompassing. That’s because you need to max out all the Royal Virtues (which are this game’s Social Stats) in order to max out all Follower ranks (which are this game’s Social Links).
Fortunately there’s more than enough time to do all the quests, all the Follower ranks and max out all the Royal Virtues, and still have time in the bank to do things like the Coliseum and much, much more.
The 14 Followers are:
- Gallica
- Strohl
- Hulkenberg
- Heismay
- Junah
- Eupha
- Basilio
- Neuras
- Maria
- Catherina
- Alonzo
- Bardon
- Brigitta
- More
Some of those are automatic (Gallica), some are based on finding certain artefacts (Neuras), some are for doing Archetype based quests (More), but for the most part, you just need to find them in the world and chat to them and spend the day or night with them. As I said, there are certain ranks that will need certain minimum Royal Virtue levels, so don’t forget to work on them as well.
A quick note RE the Royal Virtues: look out for the quests that will reward you with Royal Virtue boosts and focus on them early on for a big assist both in terms of money, items, and for access to Social Links. For instance, bounties and hunts will always give you Courage, while others like favours can boost Tolerance, and More’s quests boost Imagination. If you want to work on some outside of that, focus on Eloquence (debates) as there doesn’t seem to be many quests with an Eloquence boost.
We’re currently working on a full Followers guide where we tell you when and where to start their Follower Social Link and what Royal Virtue ranks you need at certain junctions - so you can plan ahead. We’ll have that up in the coming days.
