You can talk to Gallica a 100 times on the same spot, just keep pressing Y and skip the conversation over and over and the achievement will pop

Your trusty sidekick in Metaphor comes in the form of a fairy called Gallica. While she doesn't fight in combat, Gallica acts more like a guide of sorts - as well as being one of the main characters.

When you're in the open-world and are preparing for an operation, you can hit the button-y.png button and summon Gallica. She will give you 3 options when you do: 1. To see whether any Followers are free and available; 2. To see whether any new Requests are available; and finally, 3. She can make suggestions on activities around town you can get involved in.

To get the ‘Hey Listen’ achievement, then, you simply need to ask Gallica for suggestions on what to do 100 times.

The fastest way is right before the end of the game, when you need to talk to everyone. After all the conversations, if you ask Gallica, she will say "I think that's all" and that's the end of the dialogue. So you can just press "consult" and "fast forward" in a row, I got the trophy in about half a minute.
