If you head to Martira, specifically the Thoroughfare Square, and go to the north of the market, there you’ll find a Spirited Youth standing by a wooden platform that extends out over a chasm of sorts. This chap can not only boost your Courage, but if you pay your way through the ranks (from 100 reeves to 500 reeves) and pass the final test, you’ll unlock the ‘At Your Own Risk’ achievement.

That said, you will need to be of sufficient Courage to pass said test - we were rank 5 when we tried it and unlocked this achievement, but it could be possible at rank 4 (we just didn’t try it). Either way, pass the test of courage in Martira and you’ll have the ‘At Your Own Risk’ achievement for your troubles.
