Metaphor: ReFantazio

In Metaphor: ReFantazio you’ll often pick up items that say “Can be purified at a church” when you hover over them in your inventory. This means that once you get back into Grand Trad and visit the church, you’ll be able to Purify them for a price. One of such items is the Dragon’s Indignation sword that you get from the chest if you defeat the dragon in the Nord Mines.

So, first things first, in order to find the church, head to Sunlemeo Street in Grand Trad, and in the northwest corner of the map is St. Fermis Church. Inside you’ll find the Sanctor, who will Purify weapons for you.

However, you won’t be granted access to this shop function from the off, and in order to unlock it, you’ll have to get your Wisdom to Informed (level 2). This is simple and can be done by the 12th of June. To get it to 2, in the daytime pick up the request, Help the Hushed Honeybee, from the wannabe chef in Sunlemeo Street; then sit on the bench in the northern part of the area to advance time; and in the evening, cook at The Hushed Honeybee Inn (it doesn’t need to be the named one, the top one works). Then, the next day, drop the quest back with the wannabe chef and that will take you to Informed level.

All you need to do then is head back to the church and you’ll be able to Purify, which is massively valuable. For instance, for 1,600 reeve, with the Dragon’s Indignation sword and 1 Blessed Water, you can get a 144 damage sword, which boosts its attacks with the fire affinity. Nice! 

Do that and the ‘Blessed Power’ achievement will unlock.
