While you're in transit in your Gauntlet Runner there are many things you can do to pass time. One of such activities is cooking, allowing you to take ingredients and make very handy items that will almost certainly help you in dungeons.

Firstly, before you attempt the ‘King of Cuisine’ achievement, you'll want to get Maria to rank 4 and unlock “Speed Cooking” which means “time will not elapse while cooking in the runner’s kitchen.” This means no wasted time.

Then, you just need to cook. You get recipes naturally when a new ally joins the team. And then. once you've cooked them all, you'll have 1 final recipe to cook which you unlock, which is the Sublime Spoonful recipe where you'll need to collect Queen’s Honey x 3, Lord of the Lake and 3 x Gauntlet Shrooms to make it.

Now, I've marked this as missable, as it seems that Lord of the Lake fishes are in short supply, because you can only catch them with Trap Bait (which we only found 1 of) and get them as mission rewards, and there are other recipes that use them. In short: make sure you don’t use too many of them and you save 1 for this recipe.
