Once you’ve completed both the Necromancer Takedown and Thwart Zorba’s Plan quests (see Calamity Averted (10G)), you’ll unlock bounties, which you can pick up from Recruitment Centres across all of Euchronia. If you head to the Grand Trad Recruitment Centre once you’ve done those two missions, you’ll be able to partake in the “Man’s Not So Best Friend” bounty, where you have to travel to the Tradia Desert to take down a tough enemy - the Tradia Desert can be found to the south of Grand Trad.

In this bounty quest you’ll have to take down the Maneater Manjula, which if you head to the informant in the Hushed Honeybee Inn and buy the info on the Manjula, you’ll discover fire is useless, but it’s susceptible to ice. 

Simply head to the Tradia Desert (from the southern gate on Sunlumeo Street) and kill it to not only get 10,000 gold and a +4 boost to Courage, but you’ll also unlock the ‘Monster Hunter’ achievement too.
