There are several ways to do this, but here is the easiest. Start up Challenge Attack under your various Attack modes. Choose which ever one you want, though I suggest Geolyte as it will help to unlock the earlier Geolyte 5 achievement if you do not have it already. At the start of the game, pull and hold and/or to speed up time and therefore the Meteos drop rate. Allow yourself to lose 20 times to unlock this achievement. Each game should take between 15-30 seconds to finish in this way.
