How to unlock the Generous achievement in Metro 2033 Redux - Definitive Guide

This achievement takes place during 2 levels:
1. During EXHIBITION, you'll come up some stairs to a populated area. You'll find two adults with a reddy bear in between them sitting on a bench in front of you. Walk up to the male
2. On RIGA, go down the stairs to find a little boy in the doorway who will tell you that he can take you to your objective for 1 military grade bullet. Make sure to accept, and give him the round.
3. On RIGA, make sure you give some military-grade ammo to the beggars which can be found around the common area on the level below the bar where you start the level.

if u missed the one on Exhibition can u start a new game and talk to the male and have that count towards the progress if u the other 2 parts?

If you missed the exhibition one you can just replay the mission and the achievement will pop.

(!) If you missed the beggars on Riga, note that upon reloading the chapter and fulfilling the requirements, the achievement may not unlock until you complete the mission.

I missed the beggars on Riga during my playthrough. I reloaded the chapter and gave 5 beggars 2 bullets each, and gave another bullet to the child (which I had already done the first time.) The achievement did not unlock after giving bullets to the beggars and the child, but I was able to trigger the achievement to unlock by finishing the mission.

This one is called Generous - help the poor, a coin for the kid, medicine for the sick. You help everyone you see.

And here is how I got it (there might be more ways just got the game yesterday.)

1)Before you leave your own home Metro station, when you are headed to the armory to gear up, there will be a guy sitting on a bench. He will ask you for some bullets to help his sick kid and that he will pay you back later.

2)Later on when your at the station you arrive at after escorting the caravan (where everyone considers you a hero and your drinking Shroom Vodka) you will come across a kid that offers to take you to a stranger that wants to meet you for 1 bullet. Agree to that.

3)Also while in that same station wander about and give a bullet to one of the many poor people in the area.

It should pop for you after that.

For this trophy you must assist 3 individuals in the Metro. The first person you need to help is in Exhibition, with the next two taking place in Riga.

The checklist and video below outline these occurrences.

  • Near the start of Exhibition, you will go up some stairs and you will see two parents sitting on a bench further in front of you. Talk to the man and give him two MGR when he asks and the prompt appears.
  • At the start of the Riga, go down the stairs of the bar and to the right, there will be a child asking you for a bullet to lead you somewhere, oblige and give him a bullet.
  • From where you encounter the child, turn to your right and there will be a homeless man sitting on some stairs. Now talk to him and give him a bullet.

For this achievement, you must offer a helping hand to three citizens inside the metro station. The first of these occurrences takes place in the “Exhibition” level, while the other two take place a little later on during the “Riga” level. Refer to the checklist and video below for the locations of each occurrence.

  • Towards the start of the “Exhibition” level, you will ascend some stairs and spot two parents sitting on a bench directly in front of you. Talk to the man and give him two military-grade rounds.
  • At the start of the “Riga” level, head down the stairs of the bar and to your right, there will be a small child. Talk to him and give him a single military-grade round.
  • From the last location, turn to your right and there will be a homeless man sitting at the foot of the stairs. Talk to him and give him a single military-grade round.

Once you have helped all three of these citizens, the achievement will unlock. It is worth mentioning that these actions will help count towards the "Enlightened" achievement.

NOTE: As confirmed by DaVor, this achievement is not missable! Say, for instance, you missed all three occurrences for this achievement's requirements, you can still load up "Exhibition" and "Riga" at any time, give the citizens the bullets, and still get the achievement!

Para completar essa conquista, você precisará ajudar três indivíduos. No primeiro caso, há um casal sentado em um banco no mercado de EXHIBITION que precisa de dinheiro para comprar remédio para seu filho. O segundo e terceiro são, respectivamente, um mendigo e uma criança, ambos encontrados em RIGA ao descer a escada logo após o início do nível. O mendigo está exatamente aos pés da escada, e a criança está parada na saída do lado direito.

Everything is done very simply in the very first chapters:
  • Head of VDNKh: the man on the bench will ask you to give him cartridges for medicine for his son;
  • Chapter Rizhskaya: a shabby homeless man with a bowl at his feet will ask you to give him a cartridge for food;
  • Chapter Rizhskaya: a boy in a hat with earflaps will offer to take you to Bourbon for a bullet.

We give them all ammo and get a trophy

We need to help three residents of the VDNH and Rizhskaya stations.
  • VDNKh level. At the market, Artyom’s friend and his wife will be sitting on a bench, who will need one cartridge for his son’s medicine. Don't refuse him.
  • Rizhskaya level. There will be a kid waiting for Artyom at the exit from the bar, who can take you to Bourbon for a cartridge. Give him this cartridge.
  • The third resident can be any beggar at the station.
