Hold LB and press X to equip your gas mask. When it's on, tap LB to wipe it with your hand. Do this 20 times and the achievement is yours.

This achievement is incredibly simple and will be obtained fairly early on within the game. The mask will usually be worn off the face unless you equip by holding 
and then tapping the 
button. Now the gas mask equipped, simply tap and Artyom will wipe the mask, even if it’s not dirty. You will find yourself naturally wiping blood, dust, dirt and other variables off your mask so this achievement will unlock in no time.
