Very important! You need to pick up the tape (distress call) from the commander during Chapter 4:Defense. He is the only other survivor after the Nosalise raid. He will hand you the tape, at first, but you must tap the X button to take it. If you pass over him, to loot ammo, he will drop the tape on the ground. However, you can return to him to pick it up.

With the tape in hand, proceed through Chapter 4:Child, and when you get to Chapter 4:Outpost you'll need to make your way to the top of the building with the broadcast equipment and two 'Demons'.

Once you defeat the first batch of Nazis, on the ground and amongst the upper section, you'll encounter a single Nazi running towards you. Hang to the left, and watch as he is scooped up by a 'Demon'. The building he came from is the one you need to ascend.

There are two ways up to the roof, one is to navigate your way through the building, fighting your way past Nazis, the second is to proceed around the side of the building to a crane, hop up on the crane and find a ladder that will take you directly to the roof.

Look for a shack like structure with a satellite dish, the equipment is inside. Tap X to interact. The achievement will pop immediately once the recording begins to play.

If, when you get to the radio station, and the hand icon doesn't appear you simply don't have the tape. You'll have to replay/reload Chapter 4:Defense to get it, which isn't so bad, the game saves everything you had at that time in the game.
