Do it on Easy when you dont get it first time! Aim for their Heads and you should be able to kill them by one shot! Playing on Easy the Enemys are not so srtong...

Yeah, that's confirmed, JUST did this. They definitely spawn exactly how they do in the video:

Left Near
Right Near
Left Far
Left Near
Right Near
Blip

@cobi26, it is in the red cabinet. the same one your father gets his weapon from.

There seem to be a couple of different spawn patterns. i took a few tries but I was able to get this one. They showed in the same order that Zombie Deej posted, but after the second "right near" spawn they come to the "right far" vent as well. After that, you should get the achievement.

Thanks!

The pattern described above works fine but you have to be facing the door where Hunter came from to match the order; otherwise the pattern won't work.

This video worked perfectly for me. Much appreciated.

Just tried this. The spawn pattern is definitely random. It's even different when you reload from checkpoint.

I counted 7 and this is much easier than the xbone version. I wrote the order down on paper after drawing a map and took 2 rounds to complete. They seem to appear in the same order if you reload so very predictable

The pattern is completely random. Took me about 20 reloads. Last time I got lucky since none of them appeared on the other side of the room.

Do this on easy. It's right at the beginning of the game.

The first one will drop through the center vent in the ceiling (which does not count against you). You can't kill it so ignore it and Hunter will take care of it. Then 1 or 2 more will drop through the ceiling. Shoot them and reload. Now there will be a few nosalises that come at you from behind the four ventilation grates that are high on the walls. On easy it will take them a while to break through and they go down easily. Run back and forth in the center of the room and shoot at them as they appear, reloading as you run to the next grate.

If you mess up and one breaks through, just quit and reload from your last checkpoint to try again.

The video above works if your lucky and they spawn that way. For me they didn't spawn anything like what was seen in the video. The important thing to keep in mind is move quick and reload as you move. Your stepdad and Hunter will kill a few but you need to really hussle (even on easy). HEADSHOTS are key to this achievement!

Credit goes to Zombie Deej:::

"Left Near
Right Near
Left Far
Left Near
Right Near
Blip"

This is a good guideline so that your not just spinning around aimlessly, but as mentioned before there is no guarentee they will spawn in any particular order as is mentioned in Undead Immortal's video. Don't know if this necessarily helps, just remember the video guide is not perfect so don't get frustrated like i did.

KEEP YOUR HEAD ON A SWIVEL AND STAY FROSTY!!!

"the Nosalises make a hell of a lot of noise running through the ventilation and will clue you to where they are." thanks to Beez 808

Early in the Hunter level you'll be in a room with some other soldiers and the mutants will turn up having smelt blood from the hospital.

On Easy you can happily ignore any mutants that drop in from the big vent pipe at the top of the room. You only need to worry about the four ventilation grills.

I noticed that while their positions are random, they repeat if you reload your checkpoint. They are easy to kill and you won't need to kill more than five of them.

Just got that cheevo and I do confirm that if you reload checkpoint, the mutants come out of the same vents in the same order, Five kills worked for me.

Shortly after you meet the "Hunter" you will need to defend the wounded and sick from the Nosalises. Pick up the revolver on the right side of the room and shoot at any Nosalises that appear in the vents.

Take the revolver on the right side of the room, and shoot all the ghouls that appear in the ventilation holes. Watch the video

The achievement is not particularly difficult, the main thing is not to be distracted by the ghouls that will jump out of the upper shaft. 1-2 rounds are enough for one ghoul. I knocked it out easily on medium without straining.
