On the mission "Find the captain" you get this achivement at the first main place. Walk into the theater and eliminate the opponents. After that take the stairs to the first floor. At the top of the cinema is a working projector. Hit
to eject the tape.
When you look from the top into the cinema choose the lefthand side. Turn left and then right. At the end of the floor go the room on the left. Walk to the shelf at the back of the room and press.
You will take a new movie tape.
Walk back to the projector and put the new tape in.
The achievememt will pop up directly.

This one is easily missable, you must get to theater first before going to the ruined building, which has "point of no return". Take a look at the screenshot below, go right for theater first, the ruined building on the left is final destination and if you progress too far, you can't go back anymore.

You can unlock this achievement towards the beginning of the game after you have acquired your boat and are free to traverse the map with it. After progressing forward to your objective at a tower block, to your right you will see a mansion that you need to infiltrate. In here you will find a projector showing a film to some seated soldiers. You will need to find a different reel to put into the projector, which luckily can be found in this mansion.

Inside the mansion, if you go upstairs and to the left wing you will find a small room with a bookshelf in it, here is where the replacement reel is:
Once you have the reel, go to the centre of the mansion while still upstairs to find the projector:
Once you're here, hold
to eject the current film, then again to insert the new one to unlock this achievement.
