A very easy, but very missable achievement is for killing the catfish during the Volga level. You will eventually reach the train car terminal area, and crawl through a radioactive pipe, as the catfish eats mutants in front of you. Here, you can open the large door and then leave the area, but before doing so, go across the tracks in the side room to find three hanging bodies. Upon dropping them in the water, the catfish will come to eat them. The achievement is located on the 'Volga' level in the terminal section (Part of the story and unmissable. If the door locked in the water, make story pogress)

In this video guide I will show you how to kill the Catfish. This will be at the very end of the terminal BEFORE you take the trolley outside. So make sure not to open the door and go into the room next to it and the trolley to find a bell. Just ring the bell and wait for the Catfish to get close enough and hit the button to the left to drop pipes on it for the achievement.
