Just a heads up .. The first time you find the radio you have to do what is asked of you, then you get a cut scene. After a few minutes it finally lets you walk around, this is when you can re-tune the radio and get the acheievement

Just turn the dial all the way to the fight to find the music and then hone in on it there.
