Achievement is glitched for me at 93 %

Well, the game seems bugged out for me at this one. My progress stucks at 96% no matter how much I killed with the crossbow, yet I haven't found a solution anywhere else.

I got this achievement in Novosibirsk when I swam through a dirty tunnel and shot larvae on the walls. Therefore, I don’t see any particular need to shoot at people.
