The Location is part of the story progress in this level. (very late)
Create a quicksave when you arrived the location in case something goes wrong. You have to do this silently (stealth) otherwise the bucket lift will stop.

bucket lift is not moving when i arrive from tunnel, was never spotted. Is this another glitch

I cant seem to get back into this area once I've done this part. Guess I have to restart the whole level?

either it only moves during day or I hit another glitch. the lift was never moving when i came out of tunnel, only difference is im on nights

I haven’t heard of this glitch. It might be possible as the slaves are pulling the chain up... maybe they don’t work at night? Can you just leave your Xbox on for the in game time to move forward?

In this video guide I will show you how to ride the bucket lift on the CASPIAN level to go up to the Oasis. You will be going on a mission with Damir and exploring around for awhile. Once you separate you will come into this open cavern area with people in there. This area is located in the top left of the map during the mission. Once you walk closer to where you can see people, to your left is the bucket lift you need to ride. Just wait for the slaves to walk away and head toward it to see the button prompt. The achievement will pop once you start rising up.

This achievement is unlocked during the Caspian level when you are helping Damir to infiltrate the bandit camp to steal a tank of water. After following Damir through the early stages of the level, you will be given free reign to proceed how you want. You will be able to see the bucket lift in the first area with human enemies; it is prominent in the level. You simply need to approach it and press to ride it to the top.

Note that completing this level without hurting any slaves is necessary to unlock "Damir" and using this lift will help you to circumvent a good deal of enemies and help you to avoid hurting any slaves in combat. See its description for more details.

Attention - Although not missable, you will have to use Chapter select and replay a fair amount to get to this stage.

During the Caspian Chapter you will get a side mission to collect some water for the gang. Once you enter the cave with the camp, you will see buckets going into the Oasis so go back up and drop off the water at the top of the cave. You need to sneak around and grab onto one, to head up into the main part of the camp.

At the Caspian level, in the mission where you and Damir need to get water for the squad, at the bottom of the cave you will see a lake of water, from which water is drawn with barrels tied to a chain. Quietly approach the small pier in the center and cling to one of the barrels. When you rise to the bandits’ camp in this way, the trophy will ring.

The trophy is easy to miss. It’s not possible to go back, although you can get into the cave without Damir, but you simply can’t lie down and crawl into the camp itself.

When Artem and Damir go to the northwestern corner of the map to get water, they have to go through a cave filled with gas. Just behind it they find a bucket lift. To get the achievement, you need to get to it undetected by either oil workers or slaves. The achievement will pop out even before Artem catches the lift. Video guide .

It seems to me that it is not necessary to be unnoticed, but the fact itself is important. Actually, the slave who draws water near this lift advised me this method.
