How to unlock the Antibiotic achievement in Metro Exodus - Definitive Guide

In this video guide I will show you how you can farm for your 300 mutant kills. You can do this also on the level VOLGA with just finding a group of mutants. Then back away unnoticed so you can make a quick save then kill them and use the quick load. Although if you do end up using the Bukhanka to kill mutants on the CASPIAN level it will save you some time. Then just kill them normally like I did.

^ ditto, thats why im not worried about completion anymore i have lots of games where they bug & im not killing 300 again that & it not even pop that would annoy me even more lol

Mutants will be present throughout the game and will typically attack you in groups. These are the first enemies you encounter during the opening level, Moscow and come in various shapes and sizes depending on which level you are on. It's highly likely you will unlock this achievement through natural play but if you need to grind it out you can load any level, find a group of mutants, make a quick save, kill them, then reload your save. Repeat as necessary.

Every non-human enemy will class as a mutant and they come in the masses so this will definitely happen over the course of the game. If for some reason you don't hit this at the end of the game. You can farm them via Chapter select, loading saves or in NG+. Also, during CASPIAN, there are nests scattered all over so use these as an unlimited source of targets.

I got the prize in the very initial location, after the first QTE monster, there will be a trailer and a door that needs to be opened. Don’t open it, just stand there and kill them, they’ll crawl out there endlessly, these little dogs.
1. Played on New Game+
2. Minimal complexity.
3. Kill monsters until the ammo runs out, then load and again until you get a prize.

If you go through the “loud” one, then during the game you will shoot for a trophy.
