I have collected all 21, on the collectables menu all postcards are show, but my achievement has not unlocked, the tracker is stuck at 95%. Has anyone else encountered this glitch? Redid the game in newgame+ for Iron chiev but no dice, the oostcards dont spawn since ive collected them. Anyone else encounter this glitch?

I'm only missing the postcard from the Admiral's room on Taiga. I collected it on my 1st playthrough but the game acted weird when I did. I got stuck in the wall and had to quit the game. I assumed it registered that I picked it up. But of course it didn't and now it doesn't exist in the game world anymore.

I can't find a solution for it here on TA or elsewhere so I assume the only way to get this achievement will be to clear all system and cloud data on the game in the hopes that will fix it but I'll have to pick everything up again.

In this video guide I will be showing you all 104 collectibles. Yes that's is correct there is a miscount on the diary achievement. So there are 71 diaries, 21 postcards, and 12 suit upgrades. These achievements will pop once the last one for the achievement is collected.

The post cards are very well hidden and will mostly be found in safe house locations. See the video guide below for locations. Note that the video shown has all of the collectibles in an easy to follow guide, but if you wish to have them separated you can use the Collectibles guide courtesy of 360GameTV.
