How to unlock the Your Destination achievement in Metro Exodus - Definitive Guide
*Spoilers below
This is the achievement for the good ending. In order to get this you must save two of the three doomed characters, Duke, Damir and Alyosha.
Duke is saved in The Volga, to do this;
Find the teddy bear and guitar. Return them to Nastya and Stephan.
Don’t kill any cultists, knock them out or sneak around them.
Knock out all guards and use stealth where possible.
Save the captive who is locked up in the cage.
On the final bridge sneak past all guards, there is a path on the right after the elevator.
I only killed one human on the level as he was armoured and couldn’t be knocked out. Killing mutants is fine.
Damir is saved on The Caspian Sea. More tricky this one.
Don’t kill or stun any slaves.
Knock out Saul them do his side to free prisoners. (He will come to you once you sleep)
Knock out any slavers or sneak past them.
Meet Anna on the bridge, she will give you some side quests. Do them as stealthy as possible, knocking out guards.
Find the photo of Giul’s mother is the underground (hard to miss) and you will automatically give it to her.
Free the slave is the mine camp (where you get the truck).
Free all the slaves on prison ship. There’s a lever at the top level, I missed this first time round.
During lighthouse battle knock out all guards.
Don’t kill any surrendering soliders.
Alyosha is saved during The Taiga.
Save the man at the start being attacked by a wolf. Cut him free.
Don’t kill anyone in the level.
Wolves are ok to kill.
Sneak the entire level.
Mutants and cannibals are fine to kill. I also played on the easy difficultly so I could run up to enemies and bash X without fear of dying.

On Damir , I knocked out Saul but never had any follow up with him and never saw him again other than the fake Baron mentioning him. Likely I missed the window in which I was meant to sleep so he never showed up. Still got the Damir achievement.

In this video guide I will quickly tell you how to get the ending of assumed command of the order. First off this is the positive ending and you get it by still having two of the three you help for good karma throughout the game. Either save Duke, bring Damir back with you, or have Alyosha not get wounded to get this ending. I will have other videos for better detail on how to get all three.
This is the de facto 'Good' ending and can be achieved by performing high morality actions such as not killing civilians or surrendering enemies and by releasing captured NPCs.
If you follow the requirements for "Duke", "Damir" and "Alyosha", and subsequently "Full Strength", this achievement will unlock along with "Full Strength" at the end of the game as they are all unlocked for performing high morality actions throughout their relative levels.

This is the good ending. In order to get this, you must complete all positive outcomes in the following situations:
Duke survives during VOLGA - Tied in with Duke
Damir stays with the crew during Caspian - Tied in with Damir
Alyosha doesn't get injured during TAIGA - Tied in with Alyosha
See Full Strength for a full breakdown of the positive outcomes.

Good ending. Achieved while maintaining two crew members.

To get this ending you need at least two left in the crew of the Prince, Damir and Alyosha
