The diary pages can be missed and if you do miss any you will need to start the DLC again to reach them. They can all be found following the video guide below;

~Missable - The Diary pages are scattered throughout the whole Chapter and if later ones are missed, you will have to replay the entire Chapter~

There are 9 scattered around all stages of the Chapter. Some are easier than others to locate. Check out the video below as some of the areas are hard to describe.
