How to unlock the Savior achievement in Metro: Last Light Redux - Definitive Guide

At the end of the level CONTAGION, you will find Lesnitsky holding Anna as a hostage. He will ask you to take out your mask. Make sure you DO NOT SHOOT him. Wait for him to start counting, and then take off you gas mask to start a cutscene and unlock the achievement.

Did the level twice and no cheevo :-(
No shooting. Mask removed during the countdown...

This achievement is obtained in the level “Contagion.” Towards the end of this level, Lesnitsky will command you to take off your gas mask in exchange for Anna's safety. Follow his orders by removing your gas mask immediately and the achievement will unlock right before a daunting cutscene begins.

Just before the CONTAGION Chapter ends, Lesnitsky will capture Anna and hold her at gunpoint. He will order you to take off your mask, obey his demands to get the trophy.
