How to unlock the Cheers! achievement in Metro: Last Light Redux - Definitive Guide

During VENICE, you'll walk by a bar. For this achievement, all you'll need to do is go up to the bar at this location and ask the bartender for a total of 3 drinks. After the final drink, the achievement will unlock and a cutscene will begin.

An additional note to the other solutions - this doesn't have to be done in 1 sitting, you can take a drink and then load last checkpoint, or restart the chapter.
I got mine by taking my first drink when I got to the location, then another when I loaded the level for the Reunion achievement, and the third when I intended to go through the level proper (until I got interrupted), so it won't stop you with your progress...

If you don't want to load last checkpoint or restart the chapter from chapter select, then the simplest solution is to quit out once you've taken a drink, rinse and repeat.

You only have to do this at one location in the Chapter "VENICE". On your way to the mission objective, you will pass through a bar. Order 3 drinks and the trophy is yours.

For this achievement, there are three occasions where you must pay for a drink at the bars inside the metro station. Fortunately, all three locations take place at the same bar in the “Venice” level. Simply approach the bartender, pay for your drink and then take a swig. Repeat this two more times here and the achievement will finally unlock before Artyom blacks out.

You have to drink three time in a raw to obtain this achievement.

If you go for the good ending, after you come to your senses, pay the bartender 100 rounds for the damage. It will count as a good deed.

Venice.

Get drunk with the bartender. It is located near the table from which the bandits will drive out visitors. Listen carefully.
