Metro Last Light

Easiest level, by far, is the Bandits level. There're probably 20 (or more) bandits, and they are all, for the most part, reasonably separated making it easy to take them out one by one.

Remember to (a) always collect knives from the dead bodies and (b) snuff out lights and (c) crouch (press B)

Clearly, you'll need knives for this. You can either buy them at the market at the start of the level, but if you do, only carry four. As you walk further into the tunnel, there's a skeleton at your left with a knife, bring your total to 5.

As you enter the tunnel, you'll see a fire to your right, and two guys, one on a railcar, another by a fire. As the guy crouches down by the fire, take the railcar guy out with a knife and then the guy by the fire. You should hear the cries of a woman screaming being raped. Now take out the guy on the next cart and walk to the location of the woman screaming, she's to the right in a train. Two guys are by her, easy to take out. Next stay by the woman's body, and a guy will enter the train looking for his buddies. Take him out as he gets close.

Exit the train and get back into the main tunnel. You'll see and hear a guy being tortured, easy to take the attackers out.

The rest after this are really easy as they are lazily walking around. All are after the green radiation in the tunnel - just run past this, and have fun!

Every bandit I took out on this level was thru stealth. Most with throwing knives, a handful by slitting their throats and a couple using a silenced bullet to the brain.

Durring the beginning levels you will automatically acquire throwing knives. Press RB to throw one.

This achievement is fairly easy. When you throw your knife, you can loot the enemies bodies to get your knife back. The max you can carry is 5 but they are all recoverable. You can also string this through chapters, so they don't all have to be done in one chapter.

You should be able to nab this early on in the game, especially if your into the stealthy game play of it.

A very simple solution for this if you have the Developer Level DLC--

Load up the Developer level on Spartan Normal, and head to the shooting gallery. Set it for Zombies at 10'.

To the right of the shooting gallery is an infinite supply of throwing knives (along with infinite ammo, etc) -- it takes about two throwing knives to take down the zombie soldiers, but since they're standing perfectly still and not shooting back, you'll have no trouble taking them out. You'll hit 10 kills in no time with no chance to run out of knives or accidentally being killed.

An easy place to get this is on the Depot level. There's a shop at the beginning of the level in case you need to stock up on throwing knives. Once the Reds showed up, sneak around and stealth kill the first ten soldiers you see with throwing knives (there were seven in the first room, and then another four patrolling the next room). After getting the throwing knife achievement, I was on such a roll I stealth killed another five to unlock the shadow achievement as well. Just remember to loot the corpse after you kill them so you can regain your knives.
