Story related, cannot be missed.
This trophy is at the Story Selling and will unlock by arriving there for the first time. You'll find you're back in the bar where you started the game. The opponent will be the same guy from the tutorial fight, however he's much tougher to defeat now. You should have no issues with defeating him with all the power ups you've gathered at this point.
