Happened on the bridge for me too. I suck at this game. Can't get past it.

I needed to tra it 10 Times vedere finding a big combo and deal with this guy.

Self-explanatory. You'll unlock this trophy without even trying. The AI will get very lucky and destroy you sometimes. You might also unlock this while attempting other combat related trophies but fail while attempting them due to the luck based nature of the game.
